Payment is expected at the time that services are rendered. In order to best focus on our patient's needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill accounts for later payment.

We are passionate about health insurance coverage for our pets as we feel it is the absolute best way to provide the excellent medical care a patient deserves without placing undue stress and financial strain on the family who loves them.
We have recently instituted a system with one of our insurance providers which allows us to offer direct billing coverage from the insurance provider, meaning that you do not have to pay for the visit up front and be re-imbursed, but would be responsible for only your portion of the payment at the time of the visit.
