Our appointment booking system is quick and efficient, and we pride ourselves on providing time sensitive access to veterinarians when your pet needs it, and strive to book appointments that work for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability.  We perform our routine surgeries on Tuesdays and Thursdays, are open late on those evenings, and also have Saturday morning appointments for added convenience.

We provide emergency veterinary care during opening hours and our clients have access to local, world class emergency care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Emergencies can be things such as rodent poisoning, hit by car, and chocolate ingestion. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment do not hesitate to call or proceed immediately to the clinic during regular business hours.
